heeeey Coop I'm glad the generation bears my name, and more importantly it bears it first.
Stuff is very interesting, I'm a big fan. |

You seem pretty normal to me my dear... _________________ Home - Gallery - Forum Home - Forum HELP! - Forum King |

Well, now you mention it Ellie, I have been commisioned to write the script for the next Bond film, titled "I'm Not Afraid of Death, I Just Don't Want to be There When It Happens". It features an extended chase sequence in Sinclair C5's (anyone remember those?). But apart from that and working on the latest Harry Potter film (although sadly only 70% of my material ended up in the finished film, and I'm bizarrely uncredited) and giving Terry Pratchett and JK Rowling a helping hand with their latest books, I've written nothing at all. _________________ "So you live to Die Another Day..." |

Nice to see u back again Downs! Bored? And also welcome Richard, very nice to see such an active poster here (a few of my lot could learn a thing or two from you).
Just thought I'd come on and mention that I have tickets to see The Two Towers or next wednesday, and I'm very excited, my precioussss. And I'm taking the day off work to go see it with Dibb's, and probably Justin and Rob. Which is excellent news!
Keep those posts posting! _________________ Home - Gallery - Forum Home - Forum HELP! - Forum King |

Mr. Coop i dont believe you are telling the truth as the harry potter film was rather poor (yes i admit i saw it) how could you ahve written any of it?
or are you just taking the bullet for old Rowling in some sort of bizzare cover up?!
i saw a beautful trailer for the two towers whilst there which made me happy. Wel worth four pounds in its self!! _________________ I just thank you Father for making me, Me! |

I predict they won't make a third Lord of the rings film (In fact, I'm surprised they decided to make a sequel) - they'll have run out of ideas, after all where would they get the material from? I'm sorry to hear the latest harry Potter film is disappointing - is is true that it begins with a hovercraft chase in North Korea, and then we see Harry getting tortured over the credits and a crap theme song by madonna? And that when he's released he's grown a beard? and that Harry and Malfoy have a car chase across a frozen lake, and Malfoy drives a car with mortars in the boot? Or am I getting it confused with another, better film?
It looks like Tolkien has well and truly kicked Rowling's ass this year. The two towers sounds even better than the last film - as for the people that complain that "Two Towers" sounds too much like September 11th, has anyone else noticed that "Uruk-hai" (the name of the orcs Saruman breeds) sounds a bit like Iraqi? _________________ "So you live to Die Another Day..." |
